Just like the old days…
Back when I first learned poker in ’84, the first variant I came across & learned was 5 card draw, no doubt a variant most modern internet “Phenoms” have never played or heard of ?
It’s good to see some sites like “PokerTime” still spread this old favourite of mine, including tournaments -
I admit that this variant is delightfully refreshing, not a great deal of people play it well & it does not require the strategic thinking of Omaha so it can be a nice way to unwind after a long grind.
Slight brag, the first ever 5 card draw tournament I entered a couple of weeks ago I won !
