About The Beard
Who knew that the screaming infant born of a Tuesday many moons ago would become the bearer of probably the most infamous beard in european poker. Tested as a child, Christian “Bainn” Briggs was found to be in the top 93 percentile intellectually & has put this to good use playing, teaching, writing about and commentating on Poker.
It was at the age of 10 that he played his first hand of 5 card draw against Samantha Fox, or more accurately a low res picture of her on an old 8bit home computer. Finding a deep love of the game particularly what he calls the “Skill” games of Omaha and Stud, Christian has played all over europe & on television.
He and his partner Helen can be found playing on “PokerTime” & at “Dusk Till Dawn“.
